Hourly rate £35 per hr (min 2 hours)
Weekend rate - Friday 10am -Sunday 5pm £400
Weekly rate - Tuesday 10am-Monday noon £550
Evening rate for private view 17.30-20.30 £140

Terms & Conditions of hire:

25% deposit is payable at the time of booking. This is non returnable if you cancel, unless we can re-let the space, in this instance the fee will be refunded minus an admin charge of £10. Please note; we cannot secure your booking until the deposit has been received .

Final balance is due for payment 6 weeks before the hire date.

Hirer is responsible for all hanging, dismantling and clearing all rubbish. We have a hanging system which must be used, it is not possible to nail into the walls or use any adhesive (including blu tac)

A holding deposit of £250 (Cash) in case of damages, must be paid before set up and is returned when the space is vacated providing the gallery is left in the same condition.

Eating or drinking is not allowed in the gallery apart from at the private view. There is an on site coffee shop and cafe for the use of exhibitors and visitors.

Stewarding is the responsibility of the hirer, the gallery must not be left unattended.
Gallery staff can be booked to assist at a rate of £120 per day.

Standard opening hours are 10am-5pm. Within this time frame there is flexibility for the hirer, ie in winter the adjacent museum closes at 4pm
Private view evenings 6-8pm

The gallery will be clean before you arrive and must be returned to the original state at the end of the hire period. Special cleaning will be charged at £40 per hour. The space must be vacated by 12 noon on the final Monday.

Marketing of your event is the responsibility of the hirer but we will promote your event on our social media, website and via the Ironbridge Gorge website and other local tourism sites. We work with an excellent marketing company who can provide specialist advice and support.

Design and publication of any marketing is the responsibility of the hirer. However we work with an excellent designer should you need help.
Footprint Gallery Logo is available to add to your promotional material.

we reserve the right to photograph the exhibition to help with marketing and social media

there are specific parking spaces at the front of the museum, a lift and appropriate toilet facilities.

There is free WiFi in the gallery

There is a car park adjacent to the gallery for which there is a small charge, but there is also free on road parking in the area.

The gallery holds public liability insurance but it is the responsibility of the hirer to insure their event.
